Selectmen flag DEP concerns over dock and riprap; CEO follow-up promised

During the Jan. 13 meeting the Roxbury Board of Selectmen reviewed several code-enforcement items flagged by the Maine DEP, including a dock on Island Map 3 Lot 15 and riprap placed in a stream at Map 10 Lot 59‑60. Selectman Timothy Derouche said he will follow up on the DEP concerns.
The board also noted other parcels listed for review (Map 2 Lot 39C, Map 2 Lot 20, Map 9 Lot 32) and instructed staff to check with the Code Enforcement Officer on the status of any work and on whether the town is coordinating with legal counsel.
