Board members then approved August bills totaling $310,142.02. The approved LEA checks on the consent list included several notable amounts (for example, Unland Insurance $118,408.00 and a $4,000,000.00 entry to State Bank of Toulon listed among the packet items). President Ann Orwig asked about a payment to Pacific One Source; Superintendent Brett Elliott said the payment was for touchscreen panels purchased with funds from a STEM grant. The motion to approve the August bills was made by Mrs. Leezer, seconded by Mrs. Price, and carried 5-0.
