TMAPC recommends rezoning county parcel to allow commercial plumbing service
Summary

The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission recommended approval of CZ-562 (county) to rezone property at the northwest corner of East 105th Street North and North 135th East Avenue from AG to CS to permit a commercial plumbing service. The recommendation passed 9-0 on March 19.
Staff’s report said the proposed CS zoning would allow commercial uses and that plumbing services fall under the Commercial – Building Services category allowed in the CS district; staff determined the request was non-injurious to surrounding properties and consistent with the Commercial designation in the Tulsa County Comprehensive Plan. The applicant, Dustin Kiley Mitchell of Mitchell Investment Properties, indicated agreement with staff’s recommendation and no public speakers were recorded on the item.
Commissioner Craddock moved to recommend approval per staff; Commissioner Whitlock seconded. The minutes record a 9-0-0 vote in favor. The property description in the packet lists portions of Section 16 T21N R14E in Tulsa County.
