The Governing Board authorized the Superintendent or designee to enter into agreements with two residential treatment centers and to continue agreements with three non-public schools to address the educational needs of District students placed out of the regular program.
The actions, approved as part of the consent/action agenda, are intended to ensure individualized instructional services and placements are in place for students whose needs are best served in residential or non-public settings during the 2026-27 school year. Staff presented the agreements for Board review prior to approval; the motions were recorded as approved by the Board.
