Board members voted unanimously to approve the successor agreement with the California School Employees Association, Chapter 250, and the reopener agreement with the Association of Clovis Educators (ACE) Psychologists and Mental Health Support Providers. The action, taken under agenda item M-3 and related disclosures, was recorded as passed 5-0 where votes were documented. The district also approved a 5% salary schedule increase for the 2026-27 school year for employees in the two groups as disclosed under agenda item M-5.
Superintendent Corrine Folmer, Ed.D., and district staff presented the agreements and the recommended salary adjustments for Board review before the vote. Board Member Steven Fogg moved the motion; the motion passed with votes recorded in the official minutes. The approved contracts cover terms described in the staff report; specific contract language and effective dates are on file with the District.
