Centennial board ratifies $18.7 million in payroll and accounts payable, adopts consent agenda

The Centennial Public School District School Board unanimously adopted the consent agenda at its Jan. 12 meeting, ratifying November accounts payable of $3,851,190.47, December accounts payable of $4,445,945.37 and November and December payroll totaling $10,380,750.36 for a combined total of $18,678,085.83. Craig Johnson moved to adopt the consent agenda; Schwinn seconded, and the motion carried 6-0-0.
The consent agenda encompassed approval of minutes from recent meetings, multiple personnel actions (hires, resignations, leaves and one retirement listed separately), approval of several contracts (principal, custodian, administrative/clerical, student and family advocates and liaison) and authorization of an overnight trip for the high school robotics team to Duluth March 4–7, 2026 to compete in the FRC Lights Regional Robotics Tournament. The vote to adopt the consent items was recorded as unanimous.
