Eden CSD seeks permission to create new vehicles/equipment capital reserve

Mrs. May said the creation of the reserve "allows the district if we should have excess funds in future years, we can fund that reserve to offset future purchases." She emphasized that as a creation of a new reserve, Proposition 3 carries no immediate taxpayer impact if funded via excess funds in future years.
The proposition will appear on the May 19 ballot alongside the general budget and the bus‑purchase reserve authorization.
