The Cambridge-Isanti Schools Board voted to retain Squires, Waldspurger & Mace P.A. as the district attorney for 2026 after a recommendation presented by Christopher Kampa. Nikki Johnson moved the designation, Heidi Sprandel seconded, and the motion carried unanimously. Meeting minutes note the firm name was corrected from a prior listing before the final vote.
The board also designated the Isanti-Chisago County Star as the official newspaper for 2026 (motion by DeEtta Moos, seconded by Brette Halverson) and approved First Bank & Trust as the district's official depository (motion by Mark Solberg, seconded by Kevin Gross).
