Separately, Director Anderson moved and Director Mikkelsen seconded preliminary approval for a trip to Houston, Texas, scheduled for April 28-May 2, 2026; that motion likewise carried unanimously (7-0). Both approvals are preliminary and the minutes do not record trip rosters, costs, or final authorization conditions.
