"You can submit a complaint, and it would be anonymous," Barnett said, and she pointed people to UCRRA's website and hotline for guidance. She specifically named Robert Friedlander as a staff contact for enforcement follow-up and urged residents to report suspected noncompliance so the compliance officer can verify whether a hauler uses split-body trucks or is improperly combining trash and recycling.
