With Oakes's departure the team reported it now has seven members and is seeking three alternates to ensure quorum for meetings; alternates would fill in when a regular member cannot attend and would be eligible to vote. The chair asked members to contact potential alternates such as Amber and Matt, and to confirm willingness to serve.
