GIPA names committee chairs and notes several vacancies

The Chair listed current officer assignments: GIPA secretary and CEO Kristen M. Swinton, attorney Patrick Jeffers, treasurer/CFO Madeline Paternani (noted absent) and deputy chief fiscal officer Lynn McGibber, and said the superintendent/director of operations position is vacant. The Chair said once a village appointment is made, the vacancy on the board would be filled.
