The Mark West Union School District Board unanimously approved the consent agenda at its Feb. 11 meeting. Items included personnel approvals, vendor warrants, the 2024–25 Comprehensive Safety Plan, certificated and classified seniority lists, and multiple agreements and MOUs.
Notable items on the consent agenda were Year 1 of a three-year audit engagement with Stephen Roatch Accountancy Corporation (fiscal years ending June 30, 2025–2027), a licensing agreement with Document Tracking Services effective March 15, 2025–March 14, 2026, an MOU with SCOE Business Services for FY 2024–25, an MOU with Rincon Valley Union School District for occupational and physical therapy services, and donations including $200 to Mark West Charter and a combined $1,350 to the Mark West Elementary Student Council Food Drive.
