AISD reports Teacher Incentive Allotment designations and leadership development progress

She said the next step is making the TIA handbook available in the fall. Press also described the district’s leadership pipeline using the 70-20-10 model and announced a partnership with Region 4 to support AISD educators who hold master’s degrees in obtaining administrator certification through an alternative program.
