The Angleton ISD Board on March 17 approved the district’s annual Prekindergarten tuition rate, keeping it unchanged at $5,750 for children who are not eligible for free prekindergarten. The district also reaffirmed that Pre‑K will remain free for employees.
Jerri Lynn McNeill presented a memo recommending the rate. "The rate will not increase from last year and will remain $5,750 for children who are not eligible for free prekindergarten. PreK will continue to be free for employees," the memo stated. Justin Journeay moved approval and Kimi Hunter seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
Board members asked no recorded amendments; the decision will be reflected in fee schedules and published materials for the 2026–27 school year.
