Justice of the Peace Andrew Nolan administered the Oath of Office earlier in the meeting to recently elected trustees Jeff Taylor (Place 4) and Hector Velazquez (Place 5). After nominations, the board voted 7–0 to select Jeff Taylor as vice president and Hector Velazquez as secretary; minutes record that all members voted “aye.”
The actions concluded routine organizational business needed at the start of the fiscal and governance year. The votes were recorded as unanimous for each office: President (Tom Head), Vice President (Jeff Taylor) and Secretary (Hector Velazquez).
