Staff said the project team expects to use leftover contingency dollars where appropriate and to manage punch lists and minor items as campuses turn back to students. One trustee raised a concern that the flooring quote lacked explicit demolition language; staff confirmed demo is included in the installation.
Trustees approved the GMP by voice vote; construction and design teams will proceed to execution and scheduling work with contractor partners.
