The Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District board approved a 2025–2026 service agreement with PSI Associates at its Sept. 17 meeting. The board motion to approve the PSI contract was made by Tish Kwiatkowski, seconded by Ellen Kramer, and recorded as carried by a unanimous vote.
Minutes describe the agreement as intended to provide substitute clinic staff and coverage for field trips that require clinic staff. The attached PSI proposal lists PRN substitute rates of $45 per hour for a licensed practical nurse and $55 per hour for a registered nurse, and notes an overnight-field-trip rate of $800 per date for an RN. The contract (executed Aug. 11, 2025) assigns PSI responsibilities for school-health staffing, documentation, and compliance with applicable laws and background checks.
Meredith Sitko of PSI is the named company signatory in the packet; the contract requires PSI to report staffing schedules and to cooperate with district operations. The board packet includes a detailed scope of services and an attachment specifying RN and LPN duties.
