Board approves consent agenda, accepts athletic donations and personnel items
Summary

The Brecksville-Broadview Heights City School District Board of Education approved its consent agenda at the regular meeting on Sept. 17, 2025, voting 5–0 to adopt Resolution 2025-114.
The approved consent package included certified, classified and supplemental personnel recommendations; the check register and bank reconciliation; and donations to school athletic teams. Noted donations include $1,500 from Brecksville Kids Dentistry to the boys soccer team, and two $2,000 gifts from Rebekah and Adam Best to boys football and boys basketball. The motion to approve the consent items was made by Tish Kwiatkowski and seconded by Ellen Kramer.
The board packet also included the regular minutes from Aug. 20, 2025 and routine administrative items. With the consent calendar passed intact, items removed from consent would have been considered separately if a board member had requested it.
