Wilson County Schools director announces retirement; board accepts

At the meeting board members praised Luttrell's engagement and leadership. One member told him they had "worked with numerous superintendents" and called Luttrell "one of the most engaged directors" they had known. The board recorded no additional personnel actions at the meeting; accepting the retirement was the only formal action tied to the announcement.
