"Since we have been awarded the EFC grant for some improvements, we needed a new agreement and this agreement... will be reimbursable going forward for their engineering work," she said. After a motion and second, trustees approved authorization for the mayor to sign the task order.
Officials indicated future engineering steps on the treatment plant will proceed under the grant's reimbursement structure; specific dollar amounts and work scopes were not read into the public record at the meeting.
