The IDA's annual meeting convened immediately after the regular session. The chair announced the 2026 officer slate—Rachel A. Profetti as chair, Mark Ryan as secretary and Lynn McGivern as treasurer—and the board approved the nominations by voice vote.
The board also confirmed staff and counsel designations (CEO Maggie Alex; Recording Secretary Michelle D. Bushwa; CFO Anthony Ferrendino; outside counsel names were read) and designated official depositories including Hudson Valley Credit Union; Pioneer Commercial Bank; Bank of America; Niagara Financial Group Incorporated; Bank of New York Mellon; M&T Bank; JPMorgan Chase; and NYCLASS. The board set the official mileage reimbursement to follow the IRS rate, which the chair read as "72.5¢," and set regular meetings for 3 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at the Green Island Municipal Center, 19 George Street, Green Island, New York.
