Mrs. Michelle Hartmann of Ft. Davis ISD described the partnership model during a presentation and answered trustees' questions. Trustees then approved Motion 4599 (moved by Board Secretary C. Singh and seconded by Trustee Sylvia Chavez) on a roll-call vote of six in favor, none opposed, with one trustee absent.
