Anna ISD schedules May 2, 2026 board election for Places 5 and 7

The Anna Independent School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously to adopt an election order calling an Anna ISD Board of Trustees election for May 2, 2026 to fill Places 5 and 7. The motion was made by Cody Bridwell and seconded by Shonda Rupe.
The board also designated Heather Mackey as the district’s Election Coordinator and authorized the Collin County Elections Office to appoint election officials as needed. The minutes record the election will be held jointly with the City of Anna. The minutes do not include candidate names or other election logistics.
