Hutto ISD presents early-literacy and numeracy update as district targets grade‑level readiness

On intervention supports, staff said they are prioritizing teacher toolkits for in-class supports and more strategic use of interventionists rather than automatic reassignments. Trustees asked about special-population gaps and implementation; Dr. Truehill and Miss Thompson described targeted PD, opportunities for practitioners to rehearse PLC facilitation, and plans to monitor progress via quarterly data checks.
