Dwayne Ellis moved approval; Terry Clark seconded the motion and the record shows the motion passed.
Separately, the board approved a motion to hold a special meeting on May 11 at 7 a.m. to canvass votes from the May 2 bond election. That motion was moved by Dwayne Ellis and seconded by Jed Sitar and was recorded as passed in the minutes.
