The consent agenda included approval of prior meeting minutes, payment of bills, an amendment to the 2025–26 budget, staff development waiver for 2026–27, a resolution to sell property, renewal of the food service contract with Southwest Food Excellence, LLC, a proposed increase in meal prices for 2026–27, approval of audit engagement and delinquent tax attorney agreements, authorization to renew the district tax collection agreement, canvass of the 2026 general election, approval of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) 1 for Alamo Heights Junior School and approval of the GMP with the alternate for the District Community Center. The minutes also record donations: $6,000 for academic programs, $25,520.20 for AHHS FlipLoks, and $51,000 for HJS K9’s Kindness Program. The motion to approve the consent agenda (moved by Hunter Kingman, seconded by Clay Page) carried unanimously.
