The contract, dated Sept. 16, 2025, outlines services (clinical, remedial/Title I, nursing, special education supports and related services) and specifies an initial annual amount of $13,621.73 for an Assumption Academy Title I teacher and an hourly rate ($69.62/hr) for approved additional services.
The agreement sets reporting and compliance obligations for psi, requires staff to have satisfactory criminal background checks, and stipulates that client records remain property of the district. Board members approved the motion after the Superintendent and Treasurer described the programmatic needs the agreement is intended to meet.
