At the Feb. 11 meeting the Board received a mid-year Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) report from Vivian Firestone, Coordinator of Assessment, Data & Integrated Technology. The presentation covered district LCAP goals, California School Dashboard metrics and proposed actions focused on differentiated professional learning and student support services. Staff answered clarifying questions from trustees.
The report framed both Goals 1 and 2 with associated metrics and budget updates in the board packet. Trustees did not take action at the meeting beyond receiving the report and asking clarifying questions; next steps and any recommended budget adjustments would appear in future agenda materials if staff propose changes.
