The Beecher CUSD 200U board approved the treasurer's report for April and carried a motion to accept May 2026 expenses.
Treasurer (S6) delivered a line-by-line accounting of April balances: "Balance in the SuperNow account at 1st Community at the end of April was $3,110,006.67," and reported the district's total funds as of April 30 at about $8,964,001.68. He also listed fund-level numbers: education fund $5,689,001.49; transportation fund $1,014,008.39; working cash $433,006.61; and noted state distributions, including Title I ($47,647) and IDEA flow-through (about $82,000).
Board members moved and seconded a motion to approve the treasurer's report as presented and conducted voice/roll-call votes. The motion carried. Trustees were also told there were six FOIA requests handled this month and that certain real-estate distributions are expected in July.
The vote and the report close out the district's formal financial items on the May agenda; officials said more detailed budget and grant items will appear in upcoming packets and the consolidated district plan will be discussed at the June meeting.
