Santee Facilities Corporation names board members and district administrators as officers under bylaws

The bylaws’ officer assignments named Barbara Ryan as President and Dianne El-Hajj as Vice President; Dr. Kristin Baranski was identified as Secretary and Executive Director, and Dr. Marcia Hamilton as Chief Financial Officer. Member Dustin Burns moved to designate officers as presented; the motion was seconded by Dr. Tim Glover and recorded as approved 5-0.
