The council also approved RESOLUTION NO. 07-209-26 allowing claims to be paid on July 15 and RESOLUTION NO. 07-211-26 authorizing bid processes for a mechanic position. The consent agenda package included an appointment: RESOLUTION NO. 07-210-26 names Richard Kempfert as Public Works Assistant Director effective July 14, 2026.
