Council Member David Larson asked staff to obtain estimates to repair the road segment in front of the fire station and assorted potholes. Larson proposed testing a widened road base using repurposed asphalt with phased chip sealing to follow.
Administration reported that UDOT quoted $1,490 for a 3-by-5-foot engine-brake restriction sign on Highway 117 south of town. Larson also recommended evaluating a 25–55 horsepower mower with attachments and planning for future backhoe replacement.
