Board approves School Accountability Report Cards for 2023–24

Dr. Veil presented the School Accountability Report Cards (SARCs), explaining these compile school-site data for parents and are posted to both MCOE and the state CDE site. She clarified the 2023–24 SARCs reflect the K–8 configuration at Fort Creek for that reporting year; high-school grades (9–12) were added in 2024–25 and will appear in future SARCs.
Board members asked for and received enrollment and grade-level detail (examples of small counts in early grades were noted as anomalies) and confirmation that once approved the SARCs will be published online. The board moved, seconded and approved the SARC package on a unanimous voice vote.
