County Clerk & Recorder Tina Dolder told the board the office collected $25,395.23 in income for August, which included $9,320.73 in election grant funds. Dolder said she completed a polling place survey to assess accessibility across the county and is working with the sheriff to obtain bids for a handicap-accessibility button for the vote center door at the courthouse, the only public entrance adjacent to the Sheriff’s Department. She also reminded the board that early voting starts Sept. 26.
Dolder placed her full report on file with the County Clerk & Recorder’s office for public review. No further questions were raised during the meeting about election administration or the clerk’s report.
