The Bells ISD Board of Trustees approved its consent agenda during the Nov. 10 regular meeting, accepting minutes from the Oct. 13, 2025 meetings and routine financial items. "A motion was made by Jeremy Moore, seconded by Dava Washburn that the Board approve items A-E on the consensus agenda," the minutes state. The motion passed with six votes (Matt Stephens, Dava Washburn, Lonnie Carter, Jeremy Moore, Stephanie Nettles and E.T. Pettit).
The consent items included acceptance of donations, the district's financial report (balance sheet and budget/revenue materials listed on the agenda) and the Region 10 ESC Multi-Region Purchasing Cooperative recommendation. Board President Matt Stephens and Superintendent Josh Weger were listed among attendees; the board did not pull any consent items for separate discussion.
