At the Nov. 17 meeting, Bay City ISD trustees approved several finance and procurement actions. The board approved a purchase order to Imagine Learning, LLC for the Edgenuity software program in the amount of $58,107. Trustees also authorized issuing an RFP for property insurance and approved a resolution to establish a credit‑card account with Prosperity Bank. Each motion passed 6–0 with one trustee absent.
