The board also elected Steven Wentrcek as vice president and Sheri Braun as secretary; both motions passed unanimously. The reconstitution followed the issuance of certificates of election and administration of the oath to newly elected trustees Josh Spiegelhauer and Nicole Sharp earlier in the meeting.
