Board certifies unopposed trustees, cancels May election

The motion to approve the Order of Cancellation was made by George Barrera and seconded by Clint Pipes and passed 7'0. The board recorded the certification in the minutes as required by law; the action eliminates the May 2 election for those two positions because the candidates were unopposed.
