Sheriff reports elevator repairs under way, hires two part-time deputies

Putnam County Sheriff Joshua Boedigheimer told the board on Aug. 12 that contractor Otis has been working on the courthouse elevator and "is finishing up a few things on the elevator, fingers are crossed it will be completed soon and the elevator will be back up and running." He also reported hiring two new part-time deputies and that he is in the process of hiring a new dispatcher.
Boedigheimer said there were no further questions about the jail financial reports presented; the sheriff's civil-processing transaction and financial reports are on file at the County Clerk's office for public review.
