Councilman Bryan Craig moved to approve the consent calendar and Councilman Dale Ross seconded; the motion passed unanimously. During the consent discussion, Mr. Tyson Carpenter confirmed that payments for the Nez Perce gravity sewer line were to the original contractor for completed work, and no additional agreements were in place for unfinished work.
