District awards FY26 fuel contract to Ag View after lower bid

The Stark County CUSD 100 board awarded the FY26 fuel contract to incumbent vendor Ag View following a bid comparison at the Sept. 22 meeting. Ag View’s bid was lower for both gasoline and diesel compared with a competing bid from River Valley.
District documents recorded Ag View’s pricing at $2.928 per gallon for gasoline and $3.294 per gallon for diesel; River Valley’s bid was $3.044 per gallon for gasoline and $3.489 per gallon for diesel. Superintendent Brett Elliott recommended continuing with Ag View based on the lower per-gallon rates; the board approved the award on a 6-0 vote (motion by Mr. Richards, seconded by Mrs. Price).
