The consent agenda (minutes, budget amendments, donations, bond furniture cost amendment, and designation of Natalie Jones for contract commitments) passed on a 7–0 vote (motion by Sarah Buenger; second by Kenneth Stein).
Individual action items also passed by recorded 7–0 votes: awarding a contract to AirTech Brazos Valley for compressor replacements on the chiller at Bellville High School; approval of HVAC service providers; authorization of surplus items for auction; bond-interest projects for parking and resurfacing around Bellville High School; replacement of the chain-link fence at the BHS baseball field with netting; purchase of library books for O'Bryant Primary; and adoption of the 2026–2027 compensation plan. The board took no action on the proposed MOU with West End Ballpark.
