The Bells ISD Board approved recommended adjustments to the district's committed fund balances. The motion (III.E) directed a $500,000 decrease to the Designated Construction Fund and a $217,000 decrease to Retirement of Loans and Notes Payable, with a corresponding increase of $1,345,857.23 to the Unassigned Fund Balance.
