The motion to approve the consent items was moved by Dr. Matthew Mix and seconded by Secretary Kellye Seekatz; board members voted by show of hands and the motion "MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY." President Ashley Mutschink (Place 7) was not present for the vote.
