The district estimated a field house/weight room addition at $540,000; a training room/locker room renovation at $400,000; a turnkey new locker room (including lockers, plumbing and mechanical) at $1,000,080; and exterior work on the concession stand at $29,750. Superintendent James Skeeler recommended putting the projects out for RFP. The administration also noted the items will be considered as part of the 2026–2027 budget review.
Board members received the cost figures as informational items during the superintendent’s report; the minutes do not record a separate motion to approve design or construction contracts at this meeting. The district’s budget timeline was described as on track to begin formal review for 2026–2027, and staff identified the Student Success Tool and upcoming accountability manual updates as inputs to planning.
