The Fort Lee Parking Authority on April 8 adopted Resolution 2025-23 to formalize its cash-management plan and designate authorized signatories for the Authority’s depository, checking and investment accounts. Executive Director Hernani Goncalves was named the individual authorized to sign checks, wire-transfer authorizations and other transfer documents for accounts at Freedom Bank; the authorization is set to expire Dec. 31, 2025.
The measure, described in the resolution as necessary to comply with N.J.R. 5:31-3.1 and N.J.R. 5:31-4.2, was introduced and discussed briefly by Executive Director Hernani Goncalves before a motion. Commissioner Michael Raskin moved to adopt the resolution; Commissioner J. Richard Radoian seconded. The resolution passed unanimously.
