Trustees approved the district's Annual Financial Audit for fiscal year 2025, the November and December 2025 check registers, and TASB Policy Manual Update 126; all votes recorded were 7–0.
Trustee Marcos Garcia moved to approve the Annual Financial Audit for FY2025; Trustee Monica Buentello seconded and the motion carried 7–0. The board recessed to an executive session under Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, 551.072 and 551.074 to discuss personnel matters, including the superintendent's informal evaluation and compensation. After returning to open session, Marcos Garcia moved to approve the superintendent's pay compensation; Monica Buentello seconded and the motion carried 7–0.
