Mazanec Construction presented a status update on final bond construction work at Bosqueville ISD during the Sept. 8 meeting.
The contractor reported that "Concrete will be poured at the back of the building by the Band Hall and gate post will be set in place," and that ceramic tiles in the Culinary Classroom were slated to be finished by Tuesday. The contractor also noted plumbing fixtures and a steam oven replacement in the cafeteria. The minutes record a plan to coordinate adjustments for Baseball Field 4 via a Zoom meeting with Walker partners.
District administrators told the Board Region 12 would perform a walkthrough the week of Sept. 22, 2025, to review outstanding construction-related items (evacuation maps, fire extinguishers, locks) and that an updated operations plan was due Oct. 2, 2025. The update indicates the bond projects are in finishing stages with inspections and small trades work remaining.
