Chief Financial Officer Lance Rainey provided a broader budget recap and presented RADA and enrollment data, a 10-year fund-balance history, and a review of original and amended Maintenance & Operations (M&O) budgets for 2025–26. Based on first six-weeks PEIMS reports the board approved an amendment to the 2025–26 M&O budget (motion carried 6-0).
